The Old Glory Chapter has proudly supported the AdoptaPlatoon program since July 2007. Once a platoon is adopted we commit to send care packages each month during their 12 month deployment. Our supported platoons have served in both Iraq and Afghanistan war zones. We collect items at the monthly Chapter meetings. We also have a Platoon box in the OGHD customer lounge for any items that would like to drop off if you cannot attend one of the meetings.

Our LOH group sponsors packing “parties” to prepare the items for shipment as well as fund raisers to pay for the postage.
